Postage

We aim for a 2-3 working day dispatch time, and all parcels to the UK are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded post or courier depending on the size of the package.

Shipping to the UK is £4.95 for the first item, then £1.50 for each additional item.

Please contact us at [email protected] if you need to organise a rush delivery. Prices vary for this.

Shipping to the rest of the world is £6.95 for the first item, then £2.00 for each additional item.

International Shipping is via Royal Mail International Signed For. International delivery times are usually 5-10 working days but can occasionally be longer dependent on your country's customs and postal service.

Returns

Above all we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there is ever a problem please contact us on [email protected] and we will do everything we can to help!

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), you have up to 7 working days from the date of delivery to cancel your order. Refunds will be given less the cost of postage, unless the goods are faulty.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, and proof of postage should always be obtained.

Made-to-order items are non-refundable, however in the case of made-to-measure clothing we want it to fit you perfectly, and understand that adjustments will need to be made if you can't come to our workshop for a fitting, so items can be returned for alterations.
